How to Declutter your Energy Field

Tell me, WHERE IS YOUR HAPPY PLACE?
I must admit, I have many of them, curled up on my oversized armchair with my dogs snuggled on each side, walking down my driveway in practically any of the seasons, at the beach with my family, or coffeeing with my friends.
Places hold energy that unconsciously affects how we feel.
For many years my routine consisted of dropping kids at school, coffeeing with friends in a crowded cafe and then heading to my office to start the day. It took me way too long to notice that the energy I was picking up was messing with my vibe and making it difficult for me to get into a high-frequency zone to produce the kind of results I really dreamt of.
When I finally decided to change it up and placed interactions with others after I’d balanced out my own energy things really started to change. I became more productive, more focused and clearer in all aspects of my life. They were only simple things that I switched around but it allowed me to spend more time in nature and invest in things that nurtured my soul.
Social media is filled with complicated ways to find alignment, but really, it’s not that hard at all. Getting a snapshot of where you are spending your time and mixing your energy, will really help you to see what is supporting and what is draining you physically and mentally of all the good stuff.
Ask yourself, “Am I connecting with nature and absorbing new and healthy energy, or am I absorbing regurgitated low vibrations from those around me?”
Make time to indulge in the places and with the people that help to raise your frequency, and see for yourself what a difference it makes to the way you feel.
