How you can Raise the Frequency of your Cells without Moving!

So often we spend our time obsessing over what's not working out in our lives, but how often do you allow yourself to find those incredible thoughts that make your whole body dance on the inside and that raise your vibration to the levels your cells are begging for?
We have all experienced moments in our life when we have laughed uncontrollably, felt immensely happy, proud, loved and joyful but do you revisit those times more frequently than you do the memories about what’s not going so well for you?
Wellness both physical and mental, rely on high energy and because positive and especially really good feeling thoughts produce so much of it, it’s important to constantly reach for things that generate the same type of energy.
When you just can’t seem to get out of a pattern of thought that doesn’t feel good, try to remember all the moments in your life that brought you feelings of happiness and then keep searching and adding to those thoughts, others that felt equally as good or better.
