The Frequency of Eternal Youth

We often think of age as something that has a predetermined outcome. How we will look in 5, 10 or 20 years' time is permanently programmed into our genes, but in truth, there are many factors that will influence your age and one, if not the most powerful, is your mindset.
So how do we keep our cells timeless, so they continue to replenish and stay healthy from the inside out without medical or chemical interference?
Your cells are constantly responding to the energy your thoughts feed them. What you fill them with, and what believe to be true, in relation to what you think, sets up a vibration that your cells instantly receive each time you think the thought.
This is why nourishing thoughts related to who you are, and what you believe to be true about yourself, is the key line of energy your cells respond to concerning youthfulness and eternal youth.
So what is the secret thought ingredient that helps to keep you youthful, and age much slower physically and mentally than others? Without a doubt, it is the ability to see yourself as ageless, not defined by the barriers that society, social media and historic places have placed on us.
Your beliefs about aging need to match your desire. You can’t look youthful if your inner story is playing a thought programme that says the opposite and is focused on getting old. Knowing and checking in with the program or structure of thought that you have running through your mind, is the first step to helping those cells in your body to rejuvenate.
Ask yourself, what age means to you. Be honest, and remember that people lie but energy doesn’t. Your body is responding to the vibration of the thought and if you aren’t honest, your body senses disharmony with the thought.
Then the most important question is, do you believe you have control of how youthful you look?
Knowing what you really think will uncover the vibration you’re offering your cells. If you look in the mirror and say I’m old, then your cells are receiving exactly that offering. Try using words like vibrant, healthy or regenerating instead of young, simply because there is less attachment and memory connected to words you use less frequently.
Each day nourish the thoughts you have about your body by reminding yourself that harsh inner criticism, is slowing down the ability of your physical body to feel vibrant and youthful.
And remember you are constantly changing, becoming a reflection of what you think and believe. Just be clear about what you believe in relation to beauty and age and if it’s not aligned with what you want for yourself, create a new belief and practice each and every day living it until you become a complete replica.
